Beginning the week of January 16, 2012 HopePlace Monticello will be offering nutrition/fitness classes to our clients as well as the public.

• classes will consist of 8 sessions
• taught by a certified nutritionist
• door prizes will be given
• awards given for perfect attendance
• certificates will be issued upon completion of the course
• this will be a rewarding and educational experience for all participants
